That's what I can use to sum up what the whole book meant to me. I was on the edge of my seat for most of it. If it wasn't for the fact I knew there was a third book, I would have thought that everyone in this one was doomed. On the contrary though. Allie is, by far, my favorite female vamp at the moment. She is a monster with a sensitive side. That alone gets me. Vampires are supposed to be ruthless killing machines, but Allie, and Kanin too, have an emotional side that seems to care about humans more. The romance between Allie and Zeke, I was happy to see that start up again in this book. They are so cute together. Too bad nothing lasts forever.
I can't wait to read Blood of Eden now. I have a feeling it is going to be action-packed and amazing.
