My Mother Was Nuts by Penny Marshall

— feeling big smile
My Mother Was Nuts - Penny Marshall

Probably one of the best memoirs I have ever read.
I really heard her voice while I was reading. I learned so much about her too. Man, what a life!
Shortly after she passed away I bought this book. It took some time to read it, but I'm so glad I finally did.
This book is literally a timeline. She starts right from birth. You go through her relationships, career, and personal life. Some stuff you will know, but I guarantee there will be a lot you don't know. She had such a colorful life.
If you like memoirs, or even if you aren't sure, read this. It's good, it's solid and it's funny.
I like the photos at the beginning of each chapter too. They're personal, for the most part, so it's quite the glimpse into her world.
