Easy, step-by-step instructions, paired with an illustration to show you how to do the stance. Each chapter is learning a new yoga pose, and teaching you clearly how to do it, as well as the proper breathing techniques.
I loved learning a new pose every day and will continue to incorporate these into my normal work out.
